Many online flower shops are service companies that charge an internet service  fee of up to $10.95.  We are real florists and do not believe in charging you for the convenience of ordering online.  You will only be charged for the item you purchase, tax on that item, and a $6.95* local delivery charge that covers the cost of transporting your arrangement from the floral shop to the recipient.  *The delivery charge on orders to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii is $9.95 due to local restrictions.  

Delivery Information
We can deliver flowers, plants, balloons and fruit/gift baskets to almost anywhere in the United States or Canada. We can also deliver flowers to more than 100 countries around the world.  To place an outside the United States or Canada, or for specific information on the countries we serve, please call us at 800-978-0385 for assistance. There is a $17.95 international service charge on all orders being delivered outside of the United States and Canada. 

Same day delivery is generally available on orders received before 12:00 PM (noon), Monday through Friday, and 10:00AM, on Saturday, in the recipient’s time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Peak floral delivery periods include 4 days preceding a major floral holiday and 2 days after the major floral holiday.  Next business day delivery applies for all other orders. If the delivery location is outside an area serviced regularly by a florist, such as a remote or rural address, additional notice may be necessary to assure delivery can be made. Orders received after the same day cutoff time can be requested for same day delivery but may have to be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.

Important Information
We must have the recipient’s correct first and last name, a correct and complete address, and a correct telephone number to make delivery as requested. Inaccurate or incomplete information will delay your delivery.  Contact with the recipient may be necessary if delivery instructions are needed or the delivery is more than 3 miles from the florist's location.  If delivery arrangements are made but the recipient is not at the delivery location as agreed, the recipient may be asked to pick up the order. If weather conditions prevent safe delivery, 24 hours or more of additional delivery time may be required. Delivery cannot be made to P.O. or A.P.O. boxes.

Sunday Delivery
Delivery is not available on Sunday in the Henryetta area, and many other areas. If delivery is not available, the order will be delivered on the next business day.

Timed Deliveries
Specific delivery times are accepted but not guaranteed. Timed deliveries during major floral holidays such as Thanksgiving, Hannukah, Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day are not accepted. Some delivering florists in our network may offer rushed or special delivery services. Charges for these special delivery services vary and will be added to your purchase. We will notify you of these charges. If your order requires rushed or special delivery instructions, we recommend that you call your order to us at
800-978-0385.

No One Home or Business Closed
In situations where the recipient is not home, the delivery person may leave the item in a safe protected area or with a neighbor. If it is not possible to leave the item or a neighbor is not available, a call tag will be placed on the door to request that the recipient contact the flower shop to arrange delivery.   Delivery will be attempted the following business day or when the recipient contacts the  florist to reschedule delivery.

When delivery is attempted to a business that is closed, we cannot leave a call tag, but we will try to contact the recipient by telephone to arrange delivery.  If contact with the recipient can not be made, we will attempt delivery the next business day.

Delivery is additional on direct ship items.
